Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, as a personal data subject (the User), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby grant Individual Entrepreneur Beketov Evgeniy Dmitrievich, OGRNIP 318385000051269, INN 385100465424, address: Usolye-Sibirskoye, Krasnykh Partizan Ave., 3-52 (the Operator) my consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Information About the Resource

This consent is provided in connection with the use of the Logistack website and web application: https://logistack.net and its subdomains (the Service).

2. List of Personal Data

I consent to the processing of the following personal data (depending on what I provide and what data is available to the Operator):

first name, surname, patronymic (if specified by me);
telephone number (if specified by me);
organization and job title details (if I act on behalf of a legal entity / individual entrepreneur and provide them in the Service);
account identifiers (login / user ID), role / access rights in the Personal Account;
technical data: IP address, cookie data, browser / device details, date and time of access, information about visits to pages / functions of the Service (logs);
correspondence and support requests (to the extent communicated by me).

I confirm that I do not provide the Operator with special categories of personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.) or biometric data, and I ask that such data not be requested or processed within the Service. If I voluntarily send such information in a request, I understand the possible risks and agree that the Operator will process it only to the extent necessary to respond to or process the request, and will then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

registration, identification, and creation / maintenance of my account (Personal Account) in the Service;
providing access to the Service functionality, including management of subscription / plan, settings, and organization users (where applicable);
processing my requests / support inquiries, sending service notifications and messages related to operation of the Service;
ensuring security of the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, monitoring proper operation, and fixing errors;
fulfilling requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation (including accounting / tax / cash register accounting, where necessary);
analytics and improvement of Service quality (primarily in aggregated and/or anonymized form where applicable).

Marketing mailings (advertising, special offers, news) are sent only where there is separate consent for such mailings (a separate checkbox / setting), if the Operator ever enables such functionality.

4. Actions with Personal Data

I consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal / amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to a limited circle of persons, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

5. Processing Methods

Personal data is processed using automation tools and/or without using such tools (including in the Operator's personal data information systems).

6. Transfer to Third Parties (Entrusted Processing)

I understand and agree that, in order to achieve the processing purposes, the Operator may transfer my personal data to a limited group of third parties (processors) on the basis of contracts and instructions, provided they comply with confidentiality and data security requirements, including:

hosting / infrastructure providers, cloud service providers, and backup providers (for hosting and ensuring operation of the Service);
e-mail / notification providers (for sending service messages);
payment partners (payment aggregators / internet acquiring / banks), to the extent necessary to accept payments (upon subscription payment);
technical support and maintenance contractors (where necessary to remedy errors / incidents).

The Operator may also transfer data to authorized state authorities if required by law.

7. Term of Consent and Storage

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Operator may store personal data for the periods established by the laws of the Russian Federation or necessary to protect the Operator's rights and legitimate interests (for example, to confirm the fact of consent, payment, and performance of obligations), after which the data shall be deleted or anonymized, unless other lawful grounds for further processing exist.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

I am informed that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator:

The request must contain information that allows the Operator to identify me as the personal data subject (for example, the e-mail specified during registration). Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing personal data if no other lawful grounds for processing exist, and shall take deletion / anonymization measures within a reasonable period.

9. User Confirmations

I have reviewed the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website: https://logistack.net/en/docs/privacy_policy/.
I understand that certain Service functions may be unavailable without providing the personal data necessary for registration and use of the Personal Account.
If I act on behalf of an organization and add organization users (employees), I confirm that I have lawful grounds to transfer their data to the Operator and have informed such persons where required.
